每节课后学员都可给任课老师评分 , 如不满意可提出公司内审 , 教研组老师会复查上课录像如有辅导质量问题, 可免费换老师及免单一节课。
After each class, students can rate the teaching instructor. If they are dissatisfied, they can request an internal review within the company. The teaching research team will review the recorded class sessions for any quality issues in tutoring. In the case of tutoring quality problems, students can switch to another instructor free of charge and receive one class for free.
